Windows 10 is all that Windows 8 should have been, at least that is all that Microsoft has implied during its two events and the previous version of the company's new operating system.
With the first previous version of Windows 10, enabled in October 2014, the company only showed us some of the things it has prepared and in the next trial version that will be enabled the week of January 25, the company promises to integrate even more of the new features of Windows 10. However, these previous versions always have errors and you should not install them on your main computer.
This new version of Windows seeks to correct many of the criticisms and nightmares that arose due to the great change in Windows 8. Windows 10 is also a deeper attempt to unify the experience of computers and mobile devices, like the great Microsoft ecosystem.
It is similar to that of Windows 10 Enterprise, but will not receive feature updates, offers companies greater control over the update process and is the most simplified edition of Windows 10 available.
Windows 10 is available in seven editions
Home: It is the standard version of Windows 10, equivalent to the Starter and Home editions of its predecessors.
Pro: It is the user-oriented version of small businesses and enthusiasts, equivalent to the Professional and Ultimate editions of their predecessors.
Mobile: It is the variant for mobile devices less than 8 inches, being a successor to the Windows Phone family.
Mobile Enterprise: This edition allows you to license the operating system to smartphones and tablets that are part of an enterprise network.
Enterprise: Similar to Windows 10 Pro, with additional features to assist with IT organizations. It is not available in emerging markets.
Education: Derived from the previous one, its use is oriented to educational and academic entities.
Enterprise LTSB: It is similar to that of Windows 10 Enterprise, but will not receive feature updates, offers companies greater control over the update process and is the most simplified edition of Windows 10 available.
IOT Core: This edition is only available on low cost devices with limited features.
